We are delighted to announce that the conference will be held at our official hotel venue—JW Marriott Nashville—which offers exceptional amenities to enhance your experience.

Our WITS hotel booking link has expired as of November 17, 2025. The hotel has offered to extend our rates ($209 per night – plus taxes and fees) as long as general hotel availability allows. Please email rachbrum@iu.edu to be connected to our representative at the JW Marriott Nashville for discounted room reservations.

As long as hotel availability allows, guests may stay at the JW Marriott Nashville with our discounted rate beginning on Sunday, December 14, 2025 through the WITS conference until Wednesday, December 24, 2025. The JW Marriott is within walking distance of many Nashville amenities including the Country Music Hall of Fame, Omni Nashville Hotel, and popular Broadway restaurants and entertainment.

Please note that dates of WITS conference programming are Wednesday evening, December 17, 2025 through late afternoon Friday, December 19, 2025. Standard check-in begins at 4pm and check-out must be complete by 11am.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be cancelled by 4PM, 72 hours prior to day of arrival to avoid a cancellation fee equal to one night of room & tax.
Tax Information: Please note the following taxes are not included into rates: 16.75% Room + $2.50 Tax Per Night.

ICIS

Founded in 1980, the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS) is the most prestigious gathering of information systems academics and research-oriented practitioners in the world. The ICIS conference assembles the global IS community every year to offer 80+ workshops, panels, SIG events and coordinates a highly competitive scholarly peer-review process amongst thousands of submissions to invite 400+ presentations of the leading IS research projects from across the planet. ICIS 2025 will be held at the Omni Nashville from December 14-17.
