Official Invitation Letter for VISA
If you would like to request a letter for visa application purposes, please send proof of your PAID conference registration to rachbrum@iu.edu. Please include your full name as it appears on your passport, along with the name and address of the Embassy to which the letter will be submitted. DO NOT send your passport number or birthdate.
Refund Policy
Request for cancellation must be in writing via email to rachbrum@iu.edu, and are subject to the following schedule:
- Received by October 26: full refund less $150 administrative fee.
- Received between October 27 – November 30: full refund less $250 administrative fee.
Cancellation requests received beginning December 1 will not be eligible to receive a refund; the registrant will be liable for the full conference registration fee.
